Preparing a conceptual relationship model of e-HRM with organizational Creative development and effectiveness of HR in Ministry of sport & Youth Title

Abestract

The major purpose of this study was to Providing Communications Model e-HRM, organizational Creative development and effectiveness of HR in all staffs of Sport &Youth Ministry. The population includeded of all staffs of Sport &Youth Ministry in 2016 and they were 901 persons which used Morgan & Krejcie' table to determine the statistical size sample and it is equal to 256 persons (male & female) that they are working now, then distributed quesntinnaire among them. The instruments included basic demographic information, multi-factor e-HRM, Form (Jamali,2013), organizational Creative development (Hasanpour,2009) and effectiveness of HR (Nikpour, 2011). The validity and reliability of questionnaire in the target population examined and approved. For data analysis and modeling some statistical techniques (Pearson correlation, multiple regression, path analysis and SEM) were used. Findings indicated: 1) A significant positive correlation (r=0.49, p<0.01) observed between e-HRM and organizational Creative development. Path analysis indicated that e-HRM for 42% variance in organizational Creative development. 2) A significant positive correlation (r=0.65, p<0.01) observed between organizational Creative development and effectiveness of HR. Path analysis indicated that organizational Creative development accounted for 49% variance in effectiveness of HR. 3) A significant positive correlation (r=0.50, p<0.01) observed between e-HRM and effectiveness of HR. Path analysis indicated that e-HRM for 47% variance in effectiveness of HR. 4) finally, an analytical model of organizational Creative development, e-HRM and effectiveness of HR was presented. In this mode the effects of e-HRM and organizational Creative development on effectiveness of HR were calculated. The coefficient effect of e-HRM was 0.72 and coefficient effect of organizational Creative development was 0.48. Presented model in this research showed that not only e-HRM has direct on effectiveness of HR, but also it's indirect effect through organizational Creative development is more than it's direct effect. Therefore managers of Sport &Youth Ministry can improve perceived effectiveness of HR of employees, so that effectiveness of HR has a positive impact on the organizational effectiveness.
